Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalised plan to fit your unique needs and goals. I will make suggestions, however you will have autonomy over which tools we use; creative arts therapy, holistic counselling, fitness, sound and vibration therapy or energy healing.

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving complete wellness in body, mind and soul. I’ll work closely with you to help identify your needs and overcome your triggers. Together, we will map out a plan towards healing, growing and becoming your most authentic, whole, expressed and aligned self.

My philosophy is that true health and wellness must integrate body, mind and soul. I intend to work with the ‘whole’ person, thus my focus on ‘holistic health’. I also offer a wide range of modalities in my sessions, enabling us to integrate various tools into your wellness journey.

I am a Registered Member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and am fully insured as a practitioner.
What is your history?
I have worked in the health and wellness industry for 8 years. Prior to, and alongside this, I have traversed many career paths in dance teaching, disability support, international development and humanitarian aid, community work in public housing, mental health, drug and alcohol and homelessness, corrective services and not-for-profit program management. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Politics and International Relations and have studied in Cambodia, Hong Kong and South Africa.
How do i know you are the right therapist for me?
If you are unsure, I suggest booking a free consultation so you can ask me some questions and get a sense if I can help you on your journey. There is no obligation to book in with me after our initial consult.
How do your coaching and therapy services operate?
In our first session we will chat about your intentions, and make a plan together. The plan will include tools you’re interested in exploring with me, frequency of sessions and timeframe so we are both on the same page. If you do not feel we are a good fit after your first session there is no obligation to continue.
