Hi, I’m zoe perry.

I am a qualified creative arts therapist, holistic counsellor, fitness instructor, natural therapies consultant, sound and energy healer.

My counselling, healing and coaching services can be tailored to meet you where you’re at on your journey. However I have a passion for working with people in the following areas:

  • Processing relationship uncertainty or breakups

  • Recovering from ‘burnout’

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Cultivating self-knowledge, love, worth and acceptance

  • Creating clarity and mapping out a pathway for you to shift towards a life more aligned with your soul’s deepest desires

I currently offer 1:1 counselling and coaching sessions utilising the modalities you feel comfortable with and drawn to (see below).


My Approach

I believe true health and wellness is achieved through a holistic approach of treating the whole person - body, mind and soul (or spirit). I believe these three aspects of a person are interconnected, and by incorporating each aspect into a coaching program, the individual will become more integrated, aligned and balanced, and progress towards healing or achieving specific goals is amplified.

In using the term soul or spirit, I am referring to the aspect of self that is beyond the mental and physical. I subscribe to no particular religion or rigid set of spiritual beliefs, and I invite you to connect with this aspect of yourself in whichever way resonates with you. The part of you that yearns for authenticity, expression and connection.

body

Working with the body in my coaching (in session or set as ‘homework’) can include physical exercise; nervous system regulation practices such as breathing techniques or sound and vibration healing; dance and movement therapy; other embodied practices such as painting or using clay. I also offer hands-on somatic energy healing if this is of interest to you.

mind

Working with the mind in my coaching (in session or set as ‘homework’) can include examining belief systems and thought patterns; meditation techniques; life mapping and goal setting; journaling and writing; conversational roleplay; reading and educating; writing and reading affirmations; creative visualisations.

soul

Working with the soul or spirit in my coaching (in session or set as ‘homework’) can include discovery meditations and breathing techniques; stream-of-consciousness writing or visual art; connecting with nature; sound healing and energy healing to access the deeper and more subtle aspects of self.
